Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped internationally. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local postal services. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
• The product arrives damaged or defective
• The wrong product was received
• Essential parts are missing and affect product functionality
All return requests must be submitted within seven days of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns and refunds are not accepted if:
• The issue is due to normal wear, minor cosmetic imperfections, or packaging damage
• The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete
• The package was refused, unclaimed, or not collected from the local post office
• The carrier attempted delivery but the package was not picked up
• Tracking information confirms the package was delivered
Return Process
To request a return, customers must contact our support team before sending any items back. Clear photos or videos showing the issue, proof of purchase, and a short explanation are required. All returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds & Replacements
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund. Refunds apply only to the product price. Shipping fees, taxes, and additional charges are non-refundable. Packaging damage alone does not qualify for a refund.
Orders Marked as Delivered
If tracking information confirms delivery, refunds or replacements cannot be issued. If a customer believes the package was delivered incorrectly, they must contact their local postal service for further investigation.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before processing or shipping begins. Once fulfillment, customization, or production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
Processing Time
All return and refund requests are reviewed within five to ten business days. Some cases, particularly those involving international shipping or carrier investigations, may take longer to resolve.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control, including customs inspections, natural disasters, strikes, international disruptions, or other force majeure circumstances.
